March 23, 2020, the first day of work after the isolation, full of expectations. Because years ago, I went to visit relatives in my hometown in Hubei Province, and I couldn't return to Shaoxing because of the epidemic. I've been at home for more than two months since I took my annual leave last year. During this period of leisure at home, I have been paying attention to the epidemic situation and looking forward to returning to work as soon as possible. At the door of the company, I can see that another brand-new workshop building has been completed, and the exterior wall of the office building in front of it has been repainted. The overall color of the factory is unified and magnificent, and it is a thriving scene.

 

As soon as I entered the company, I met colleagues who had not seen me for many days and warmly said hello to me, "sister Yang, you have finally come back!" "Sister e is back, welcome!" At this time, I feel extremely cordial. As soon as I arrived at the office, manager Yu sent a bunch of beautiful flowers to wish me a happy return to work, full of happiness and sense of belonging. As a representative of the employees who came back from Hubei, I would like to thank the company for its attention and care. Through these two months of life, I have fully realized that work is not only for that share of income, but also that we have established the necessary social ties for people living as a group through work, and embodied self-worth in our work.

 

After finishing the work in hand, I can't wait to go to the new workshop building to have a look. I found that the volume inspection department is set on the first floor, the workshop is spacious and bright, the ground is spotless, and all kinds of items are placed in order. All of these benefits from the company's strict implementation of 5S management standards. Having such a standardized workshop is a powerful guarantee for the production of high-quality products, which must be one of the reasons why we have always been the leader in the industry.

 

2020 will be an unusual year. The epidemic situation in China has been basically controlled. However, in foreign countries, the new coronavirus is spreading in a large area, which will certainly have an impact on foreign trade and export. However, we are confident that under the leadership of the company, we will break through the obstacles and further develop in the face of adversity.
